The constant commitment with which we have participated over the years at numerous fairs around the world has made us aware of the need for a tool that encompasses all the contacts and ideas to share with our customers / partners.
Having a large quantity of business cards, but not being able to use them to the fullest and being able to take advantage of the value is like throwing time and money invested in the basket to participate in every fair. This site wants to be the ideal solution, quick and precise to find producers and distributors, in the world, that deal with the searched products.
Not only! By sharing our ideas we want to create partnerships to evaluate them, make them and profit from them.
From Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 November at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center the annual HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL WINE & SPIRITS FAIR, now in its EIGHTEENT EDITION.
In 2008, following the elimination of customs duties for spirits above 7 degrees, Hong Kong has become the only major economy in the world not to impose any duty and no tax on wine sales. Hong Kong is in an ideal position to host this important international wine event and gives direct access to the expanding markets of mainland China and the rest of Asia.
Since 2016 it has registered the presence of over 1,000 exhibitors, from 40 countries including Argentina, Australia, Chile, mainland China, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Moldova, New Zealand, Portugal, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, United States and Uruguay.
Thanks to the reputation gained for the excellence of the products presented, the Hong Kong fair has become an important opportunity for over 20,000 large customers from 70 countries.
It is no secret that while wine consumption remains static in European countries, the global market's focus has shifted to Asia.
Here consumers are more and more experienced and their wine demand remains strong.
According to Euromonitor International, wine sales in Asia amounted to $ 93.3 billion or 6.1 billion liters in 2016, leading to an increase of 2.3% a year over the last five years. For 2016-2021, an increase of + 8.5% per year is expected in terms of value and + 3.9% per annum in volume. Business prospects are therefore optimistic and will continue to encourage wine trade across the Pacific Ocean.
The Italian producers will be coordinated by the Institute of Foreign Trade and Vinitaly International, given the need to make known to Asian consumers the types of our wines, little known compared to the French, Australian and American competitors
The fair offers more than 50 special activities, including wine auctions, wine tasting sessions, master classes and seminars.

Over 300 start-ups will be on site: the focus of the usual technology and investment conference will focus on the "Future of retail", covering different sectors of the industrial sector, in particular the most cost-effective technological investments in retail sales and emerging sales technologies applied to the real market.
The event will take place at the AsiaWorld Expo, near the airport and far from distractions; deal with the leading companies in their sector and prepare you for the evolution of industry. The result will be 4 days of high quality networking, discussions and learning.
The organization is really efficient, already from the online registration that is activated to visitors in every day. On the official website it has been published by everyone for the Asia World Expo, public access and registration. Finally, discounts are offered for flights, hotels and restaurants.
At the fair it is also available for specialized magazines that summarize the arguments discussed and the companies involved that have made their contribution.
An unmissable event, which according to our personal past experience and places among the most articulate and stimulating fairs of the technological sector.
The 124th Edition of the China Import & Export Fair opens on October 14th 2018, in the complex located in Yuejiangzhonglu No.380 street, Zhuhai district, Guangzhou, China.
Certainly the most complete and innovative international fair in the world, which is divided into 3 phases during which alternate producers of the most disparate merchandise categories.
Here is the complete program:
The main features of the new exhibition will be introduced and, as usual, particular attention will certainly be given to the historicity of this event, which since 1957 has constituted an evolutionary engine for the Chinese and world economy; by Mr. Xu Bing, spokesperson for the Canton Fair and deputy general manager of the China Foreign Trade Center.
Phase 1 - 15-19 October 2018
We remind you that in China you need an entry visa and that you must apply in your country before you leave or, for those traveling through Hong Kong, contact the appropriate agencies to get it quickly and economically. All of Guangzhou is in turmoil during the days of the fair. The invasion of participants and exhibitors fills trains, planes, boats, metro, buses, buses, restaurants and hotels: everything works well because the organization is simply perfect.
The pass is issued at the fair after having made the necessary pre-registration and the necessary checks of the passport. The pass is valid for all 3 phases and for all subsequent sessions, thus allowing the regular participants to save a lot of time.
At the fair it is possible to take the catalogs free of charge where the contacts of all the exhibitors are inserted in every single phase.
The CNA Matching, which took place at the Rome Fair on Friday 14 September 2018, featured more than 500 small and medium-sized businesses, a very interesting event from the business point of view, as well as a unique opportunity for networking companies, telling about their experiences and looking for new producer - customer meeting points.
In a historical period in which the great presentations have given way to silent revolutions, in which just under a week passes between the presentation of the product and the placing on the market of the same, the meeting for a face to face comparison remains, for small and medium-sized enterprises, a way of testing the impact on the real market of their products and services under development.
Here we report the whole article on the official website:
CNA Matching closes its first edition with a positive balance: 500 participants who took part in over 2500 meetings for a total of companies that together represent more than 3500 employees and a total of 400 million turnover.
From the speed dates made, the companies present found that in 33% of the cases concrete labor negotiations were started and in 12% we worked with our interlocutor. 90% of the participants have already signed up for the next edition of CNA Matching.
An intense day of relationships and useful for entrepreneurs, which brought opportunities and many ideas that were shared with practicality.
The event was attended by Gian Paolo Manzella, Councilor of the Lazio Region for Economic Development and Carlo Cafarotti, Councilor of the Municipality of Rome for Productive Activities.
"A significant event for the economy of Lazio and for the small and medium-sized enterprises that have been its protagonists. Our territory is increasingly in need of initiatives of this kind, which can create virtuous and concrete opportunities for the economic fabric of Lazio and I would like to thank all the participants and all those who contributed to the realization of this important day.We are already thinking about the next edition, taking advantage of the past experience ", comments Erino Colombi, President of CNA Lazio.
In spring and autumn at the Asia World Expo, near the Hong Kong International Airport, it is possible to visit the stands of the Global Sources exhibitors. The fair always takes place in three phases. The next spring edition will take place like this:
1. 11-14 October 2018 - Consumer Electronics
2. 18-21 October 2018 - Mobile Electronics / Gifts & Home
3. 27-30 October 2018 - Fashion
The organization is really well done. You can appreciate the efficiency already from the online registration that allows visitors to receive all the necessary instructions to navigate and move easily during the convulsive days of the events. All departure points to and from Asia World Expo are indicated; coaches are accessible on the fair pass; a round trip per day is offered by the organization that records the pass and provides the ticket; for the subway, on the other hand, the money must be credited from time to time. Finally, discounts are offered for flights, hotels and restaurants.
At the fair, specialized magazines are provided free of charge which summarize the trends of each phase. According to my professional experience, two days are enough for each phase to completely visit the stands of all the exhibitors. I recommend taking the rest of the days to visit other fairs in the city, but also in the nearby cities in China.
The best international fair in the world!
It takes place in Guangzhou in spring and autumn at the Pazhou Complex. In the three phases, the producers of all the categories of products alternate, making this fair the largest and most complete in the world.
The next edition will be on the following dates:
Electronics & Household Electrical Appliances Lighting Equipment Vehicles & Spare Parts Machinery Hardware & Tools Building Materials Chemical Products Energy Resources International Pavilion
Consumer Goods Gifts Home Decorations
Textiles & Garments Shoes Office Supplies, Cases & Bags, and Recreation Products Medicines, Medical Devices and Health Products Food International Pavilion

At least once in life you have to visit this fair.
Honestly I expected better.
This fair is held every year in Shanghai and is the younger sister of the Ces of Las Vegas but I have not yet participated. First of all, it must be said that this fair is more oriented towards end users than to companies and that the number of exhibitors is really low. The IT products and technologies presented are of sure tendency and immediate business.
The SNIEC is the structure that welcomes the fair is easily accessible by metro and in the same period of the Ces also houses the China AID which contains exhibitors of medical products; out of personal curiosity I also participated in this fair. A day could be enough to visit all the stands, but to be quiet you can also spend an extra half-day.
Shanghai offers better ideas for using the remaining travel time.
A fair well done and very organized.
I participated for two consecutive years in this event with the aim of finding the largest number of supplier contacts: successful mission.
Let's start from the location: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. An imposing structure of 5 floors (only 3 are used for the fair) divided into various Halls that comfortably accommodate all exhibitors and participants. Already from the website of the fair we can register and receive an email with the qr-code to print the pass at the fair and avoid the queue of those who have not pre-registered. If done in time, we receive a mail envelope containing our pass and various information with tips for living the show in a productive and organized way.
This fair is held twice a year both in spring and in autumn: in 2018 it will be from April 13th to April 16th and from October 13th to October 16th.
At the same time, in two halls of the 5th floor in the same location, there is Electronic Asia and is accessible with the same pass so it must be seen. It takes two and a half days to complete a comprehensive tour of the stands at both fairs.
At the entrance it is possible to pick up very useful and free Magazine with many of the exhibitors' contacts. Inside the halls you can pick up nice gadgets that remind us of our Hong Kong experience when we return to the office.
A fair that you do not expect!
When I decided to spend a day to visit this fair, I had no idea what to expect. The small city of Yiwu is a two-hour flight from Guangzhou and is an open construction site; it is perceived that the city is expanding, but there is still a lot to do.
The fair, however, is a pleasant surprise because most of the exhibitors are small companies that want to grow and therefore willing to compromise negotiations. The limit remains the language because not everyone speaks English and it is more difficult to exchange ideas but it was certainly a stimulating and positive experience.
A day was enough to visit it all and surely another day would have been necessary to deepen the discussions with some suppliers.
This fair is one of the most important exposures of IT and electronic products that takes place annually between the end of May and the beginning of June. The weather in this period is very humid and sultry by European standards, but all the facilities are air-conditioned.
The two exhibition areas, near Taipei 101 and Nangang station respectively, are easily reachable by metro (which is offered free of charge to international participants through the same access badge to the fair) and also connected to each other by a shuttle service free.
Exhibitors can be found from small, versatile factories to the most famous multinational brands passing through all the intermediate companies. It is hardly possible to achieve one's business goal. At least three full days are required to complete a good visit; if you happen to be invited to visit the offices or go to dinner with the exhibitors I suggest you do so.
